
In 2016, together with the Creative director of adidas Originals, I founded the Dream Phase. This was a period of time at the beginning of each new season where the design team was left to dream future products without a business brief. I facilitated, managed, mentored and participated this process that became and remains an official part of the production calendar. When I mover to adidas Sportswear, I took the concept with me and set up the Maker Phase, showing that the concept could work across different parts of the company.
